Group classes are great for working out. Train and practise with others to increase your fitness, flexibility and confidence. Most of the classes in our schedules below are perfect classes for beginners to start. You will need comfortable clothes and your own boxing gloves (for hygiene reasons we don’t lend out gloves) to start. We do sell gloves from 20 euro (first class only – normally 30) to 60 euro.
