Core Defence Course
Core Defence is an 8 week beginners course. 50% fitness. 50% self-defence. 100% fun. This is the ideal course for anyone looking to get fit and toned while also learning valuable self-defence skills. The first half of each class will be fitness work (it doesn’t matter your current fitness level) and the second half of each class will be defensive techniques (perfect for beginners). Despite some of the content, this is a highly enjoyable course. The course instructor is one of Ireland’s most experienced coaches. Declan Kidd has represented Ireland in both Karate and Kickboxing. He’s the co-founder of Close Quarter Combat Ireland with over 3 decades of coaching experience. Fully equipped, professional martial arts studio in Dublin 7.
No equipment is needed. Places are limited. 99e for one person or only 80e each if 2 people register together (160e total). The full payment is required to book your place.
